Balint Legal introduces an innovative and powerful resource for the legal sector aimed at improving client service and enhancing practitioner performance and professional wellbeing.

We provide specialist facilitated peer support and reflective practice groups (Balint groups), adapted for lawyers from a model used successfully by doctors for over 70 years. We are the only organisation in the UK providing Balint groups across the legal profession at all levels of seniority.

Balint Legal groups are targeted to help lawyers manage the stress and challenges of day to day legal practice, and better understand and work with their clients.

Our groups provide a purposeful, structured forum in which to discuss, confidentially, the impact of work and the relationships at the core of that work, and to enhance the resilience required for a long and satisfying career in the law.
